Distillation of ORGANIC Essential Oil. – lavender, Lavandula angustifolia, variety Maillette and – the immortal, helichrysum italicum italicum.
The harvest is done in July, when two thirds of the flowers are “grained”. The flowers are cut, dry at night in the field and then packed in round bales that are sent to the distillation cooperative. Each cooperator distils his plants and recovers his essential oil.
