And here is the announcement of new productions.
We inaugurated our artisanal vinegar factory this spring.
The first red and rosé wine vinegars have just been bottled.
Always faithful to the terroir, we have produced them with organic PDO wines from the hillsides of Pierrevert, our neighbours.

• Pierrevert’s organic red PDO wine vinegar is very rich in aromas, with notes of red fruits and undergrowth. Ideal for your seasonings and to freely flavor and enhance your cooked dishes.
• The organic rosé PDO wine vinegar from the Coteaux de Pierrevert is discreet and fine, with, will you believe it, a scent of hazelnut. Perfect for smooth sauces and vinaigrettes that let raw vegetables reveal all their flavors

The next cuvées refined in oak barrels and for some flavored will soon complete the range.
Oil and vinegar under the same roof, organic, with the requirement of the quality of raw materials and the passion for discovery!
