Organic PDO red wine vinegar

Local: our organic wines from the Pierrevert hillsides are vinified and aged on the Valensole plateau, in Quinson, at the foot of the Verdon gorges.

Given the windy, airy nature of the area, these vineyards are highly insensitive to fungal diseases. The scarcity of rainfall also contributes to the production of very healthy bunches of grapes that yield intense juices.

A superior vinegar with aromas of red fruit and undergrowth. Ideal for vinaigrettes and deglazing red meats.
