Ce rosé du soleil nous a permis de réaliser un vinaigre au parfum de printemps.

This sun-drenched rosé has enabled us to create a vinegar with the fragrance of spring. All finesse and softness, with no trace of tannin or astringency.

The freshness of this condiment evokes the delicacies of a vineyard with undulating slopes, a gentle breeze on a morning of dew, butterflies with a light heart.
