We offer three types of organic oil: fruité vert (PDO Haute Provence), fruité mûr, and maturé (old-fashioned taste).
They are renowned for having some of the highest levels of polyphenols on the market, guaranteeing you a vitamin-rich, healthy and dietetic food. Their low oleic acidity ensures optimal preservation. For sauces and gourmet recipes, we make oils flavored with lemons and bergamots. Organic fruit is blended with olives for fresh, authentic preparations.
